Responsible for manufacturing parts and components to customer specifications through welding and fabrication processes. Includes setup, operation, and maintenance of welding equipment.
Bonus Opportunity
- $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days
Assignment Details
Pay: $17-$22/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Fridays 6:00 AM- 12:00 PM
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Start: ASAP

Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain welding equipment (manual, spot, robotic)
- Perform metal fabrication and grinding to spec
- Set up fixtures and workstations to ensure quality output
- Read and interpret blueprints/drawings
- Perform routine equipment maintenance
- Follow production schedules and supervisor direction
Work Environment and Dress Code
- Manufacturing setting
- Moderate noise levels
- Hands-on, production-focused role
- Dress Code: Casual-but respectable, steel-toe boots
Requirements
- Welding experience required (client prefers experience but open to some training)
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings
- Comfortable using measuring devices and fabrication tools
Preferred Requirements
- 1+ year welding experience
- AWS certification or ability to obtain
- Experience with GMWA welding and weld station setup
- Forklift experience/certification
- Associate Degree from accredited welding program preferred
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling
- Lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- Use of hands for tools and materials
- Ability to wear PPE (welding shield, ear protection, steel-toe boots) Work Environment
