About This Opportunity

Responsible for manufacturing parts and components to customer specifications through welding and fabrication processes. Includes setup, operation, and maintenance of welding equipment.

Bonus Opportunity

$350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days

Assignment Details

Pay: $17-$22/hour (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Fridays 6:00 AM- 12:00 PM

Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Start: ASAP

Must be able to communicate in English

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain welding equipment (manual, spot, robotic)
Perform metal fabrication and grinding to spec
Set up fixtures and workstations to ensure quality output
Read and interpret blueprints/drawings
Perform routine equipment maintenance
Follow production schedules and supervisor direction

Work Environment and Dress Code

Manufacturing setting
Moderate noise levels
Hands-on, production-focused role
Dress Code: Casual-but respectable, steel-toe boots

Requirements

Welding experience required (client prefers experience but open to some training)
Ability to read blueprints/drawings
Comfortable using measuring devices and fabrication tools

Preferred Requirements

1+ year welding experience
AWS certification or ability to obtain
Experience with GMWA welding and weld station setup
Forklift experience/certification
Associate Degree from accredited welding program preferred

Physical Requirements

Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling
Lift up to 50 lbs frequently
Use of hands for tools and materials
Ability to wear PPE (welding shield, ear protection, steel-toe boots) Work Environment
