Key Responsibilities
- Patient Prep: Prepare patients for exams by taking vital signs and summarizing their medical history for the doctor.
- Spanish Fluency: Communicate clearly in Spanish to gather medical histories and explain physician instructions to families.
- Clinical Support: Set up clean, organized treatment rooms and assist the medical team as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle phone calls, manage patient forms, and assist with scheduling, records, and billing.
- Office Operations: Track medical supplies and perform basic maintenance on equipment to keep the office running smoothly.
- Compliance: Follow all healthcare laws and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA.
- Compassionate Care: Provide kind and helpful support to all patients and families throughout their visit.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Bilingual: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Medical Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terms, clinical procedures, and EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems.
- Communication: Strong speaking skills and the ability to build a good rapport with families.

Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
