Fitness Consultant

We are opening a new TruFit Athletic Club and building a high-performing sales team from the ground up. This is a strong opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and wants direct control over their income.

Compensation Overview:

• Base hourly pay + uncapped commissions
• Paid bi-weekly, with bonus opportunities tied directly to your performance 
• No cap on earnings 

How You Earn:

Membership & Training Commissions
Earn commissions on everything you sell, including:

• Memberships (multiple tiers) 
• Paid-in-full memberships 
• Personal training packages 
• Supplements      

Commissions vary by product, with higher-value services earning higher payouts 

Bi-Weekly Sales Bonuses

• Earn $150 starting at 35 units sold 
• Earn $200 at higher production levels (75+ units and beyond) 
• Bonuses increase as your sales increase 
• No cap on total earnings 

Additional Monthly Bonus

• Earn an extra $100 for hitting key performance targets (fast starts over 20%)
