Freight Payables Coordinator I

Welcome to Love's! Our Wholesale Billing department is seeking a Freight Payables Coordinator to reconcile rail freight invoices from carriers. Collaborate with carrier contacts, rail schedulers, and rail logistics teams to resolve exceptions, verify data on provisions, price curves, and rates for rail-transported biodiesel, renewable diesel, and liquid propane products.

Job Functions:

• Enter and reconcile rail invoices in RightAngle
• Research invoices from carrier websites and maintain internal systems
• Verify validity of invoices with rail schedulers and renewable product inventory groups
• Verify rate amounts with rail logistics manager and assist in maintaining Bourque database
• Communicate with various internal departments and outside contacts to obtain all necessary details needed to ensure data on fuel loads is accurate
• Other duties assigned as needed

Experience and Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• Some college preferred
• 0-1 years of related experience

Skills:

• Hard skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Solarc RightAngle & Borque experience a plus, able to easily navigate vendor websites and find key information
• Soft Skills: Excellent, verbal and written communication skills, customer service and professionalism as will be directly customer facing for rail carriers, organized and detail orientated, ability to problem solve and troubleshoot, self motivated, and a team player

Typical Physical Demands:

• Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
• Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
