Another Source's client, Sabey Data Centers is recruiting an Operations Center Technician to join their team in Wenatchee, WA.

About This Role 

As an Operations Center Technician, you will serve as a key point of coordination between customers and data center operations teams. You’ll monitor systems, respond to real-time alerts, and provide remote hands support that ensures seamless operations for customers relying on Sabey’s infrastructure. 

This role is ideal for someone early in their IT or data center career who enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and working in a highly collaborative environment. You’ll gain exposure to mission-critical systems, operational processes, and emerging technologies—while building a strong foundation for long-term growth within Sabey. 

Your Contribution Will Likely Include 

  • Providing remote hands support to customers, including timely execution of requests and clear communication  
  • Monitoring data center systems using alerting and ticketing platforms  
  • Triaging incoming issues and providing Level 1 support for operational events  
  • Coordinating with on-site operations teams to communicate customer impacts and updates  
  • Managing and documenting customer requests, activities, and reports  
  • Observing and tracking maintenance activities and issuing notifications as needed  
  • Supporting internal data center projects and operational initiatives  
  • Following and helping improve operational processes and procedures  
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery for internal and external customers  
  • Leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline documentation, communication, and tracking tasks  

Experience You Will Bring 

  • High School Diploma or GED required  
  • Exposure to Information Technology (IT) or a related field  
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment  
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks without sacrificing quality  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)  
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies  
  • Interest in and willingness to use AI tools and automation technologies  
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams  
  • Physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work with tools as needed

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $48,235 - $72,352. 

The standard work schedule for this role is Monday – Friday, 7am-3pm.
