What You'll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics and precision repairs across all Mercedes-Benz systems
• Lead complex work on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Leverage factory diagnostic tools to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Complete warranty and service work to exact Mercedes-Benz standards
• Communicate seamlessly with Service Advisors to enhance client experience
• Mentor and support developing technicians in the shop
• Uphold quality through meticulous final inspections

• Proven success diagnosing and repairing Mercedes-Benz or other European vehicles
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience. 
• ASE certifications are ideal. 
• Strong automotive background 
• Strong teamwork skills 
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written. 
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.  
• Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
