Job Duties:

Support safe practices, infection control, and respect for residents’ rights;
Coordinate projects maintenance and upkeep with Administrator/Office Manager and home office;
Ensure compliance with AHJ.
Perform repairs and maintenance on, including but not limited to mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Respond promptly to requests for assistance relating to maintenance;
Provide or coordinate routine grounds maintenance
Assure that all safety equipment is in proper working order
Provide finish work, surface repair, painting,
Assist in planning and implementing large projects.
Document work in the manner required by home office
Be willing and able to assist in other departments of the community

Requirements

Schedule:

Full-Time
Mon - Fri: 8am - 4:30pm
On-call as needed

Qualifications and Job Skills:

Must pass a criminal background check & motor vehicle record check;
Willing to work nights and weekends, as needed for emergencies;
Must be able to follow safety and OSHA regulations;
Must have a working knowledge of building maintenance and upkeep;
Must have excellent communication skills;
Must have a strong commitment to customer service;
Must have computer skills;
Able to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds routinely;
Able to bend, stoop, twist, kneel, reach and climb ladders.
