As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and detailed-oriented Revenue Operations Intern to join our team.
Who You Are and What You’ll Do
You're venturing into the realm of revenue operations, eager to decode the mysteries of sales processes and data analytics. Your attention to detail rivals that of a master detective, and your analytical prowess is your superpower. Collaboration is your middle name, and you're ready to join forces with sales, marketing, and finance teams to drive business efficiency and growth.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to:
- Assist in managing and maintaining our CRM systems (like Salesforce) to ensure our sales data is as accurate as a Swiss watch.
- Support sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking.
- Dive into the data to analyze revenue trends and provide insights to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and boost operational efficiency.
- Assist in creating reports and dashboards that provide leadership with the insights they need to steer the ship.
- Conduct data clean-up, validation, and process documentation to ensure our information is pristine.
- Build, maintain dashboards and reports in PowerBI.
- Work in Clari to support sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking.
- Use AI to automate manual workflows and accelerate data analysis for better decision-making.
Your Experience
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Availability to commit to a full-time position for a duration of 3 months.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
