As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will assist German and English-speaking clients with their rental inquiries, bookings, and support to ensure they have a seamless rental experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and friendly customer service to clients in German and English through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and any other rental requests.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure overall satisfaction with the rental process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate vehicle availability and smooth rental operations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fleet status, pricing, policies, and promotions to inform customers accurately.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the car rental or travel industry.
