Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist fluent in both German and English to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality customer service to a diverse client base, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional support.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer support to German- and English-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Document and track customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
  • Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development.
  • Fluency in both German and English (oral and written) is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using standard computer applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
