Shift Timing: 08:30 PM – 05:30 AM IST
Working Days: 5 Days (Mon–Fri)
Location: Mohali

About the Role-
We are hiring a high-output US Recruiter based in India who can operate at both speed and quality in a performance-driven hiring environment. This role is focused entirely on recruiting for sales positions in the United States, and requires someone who can confidently communicate with US candidates, assess real sales ability, and consistently deliver strong hires.

This is not a coordination role. You will be expected to take full ownership of the recruiting process, drive conversations, control candidate flow, and maintain urgency from first contact through hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based sales roles.
  • Source and qualify candidates for US job requirements.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate skills, communication, and job fit.
  • Understand client job descriptions and align suitable profiles.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, submissions, and qualified profiles.

This role requires a high level of consistent activity. You should expect to handle a large volume of outbound outreach, conduct multiple screening calls daily, and continuously follow up with candidates to keep the pipeline moving.High activity alone is not enough. You must also ensure that the candidates you move forward are strong and aligned with the role requirements.

* You must have fluent or near-native English communication skills, with clear pronunciation and the ability to confidently engage in conversations with US-based candidates. Your communication should feel natural, controlled, and professional.

* Prior experience in sales recruitment is mandatory. You should have a strong understanding of what makes a successful salesperson and be able to identify those traits during a conversation, not just based on a resume.

* You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where performance is measured daily. This role requires urgency, ownership, and the ability to operate independently without constant supervision.

* Strong organizational skills are required, along with comfort using tools such as applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and communication platforms. You should be able to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously without losing structure.
