Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: Sixteen (16) years of age
  • Must successfully pass all applicable Company background checks
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication for interactions with management and customers, including order taking and processing
  • Strong multitasking capabilities in high-volume environments
  • Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced operational setting
  • Capacity to adapt to shifting priorities and changing operational demands
  • Proficiency in order entry using computer keyboards or touch screen systems
  • Competency in taking orders via counter and telephone transactions
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team member
  • Demonstrated mathematical competency in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division with accuracy and speed (calculator use permitted); ability to calculate and provide correct monetary change
