  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in customer service roles, ideally in a relevant industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with relocation expenses covered.
