Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
Experience in customer service roles, ideally in a relevant industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with relocation expenses covered.
