Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Slovenian-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and general support issues.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve both product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in Slovenian and English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably within a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with all relocation costs fully covered.
