Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, returns, and general support.
  • Effectively resolve complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about company products and services to deliver knowledgeable assistance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.
  • Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, with relocation costs fully covered.
