Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to French-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, products, returns, and exchanges.
  • Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and courteously to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and company policies to assist customers accurately.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and product knowledge.
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and standard office tools.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with a fully paid relocation package.
