About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our Finance & Operations team. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our revenue cycle — managing enterprise billing, collections, and financial accuracy as we scale globally.
What You’ll Do
• Manage end-to-end enterprise billing and collections on a daily basis, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
• Process and reconcile payments, including chargebacks, refunds, and disputes, with a focus on resolution speed and accuracy.
• Review payment entries and account balances to ensure correctness across all billing records.
• Analyze billing data proactively to identify discrepancies, prevent erroneous invoices, and improve billing processes.
• Partner closely with the Sales team on new deals, renewals, and contract-related billing requirements.
• Collaborate with the Finance team on contract structuring, new deal onboarding, and tax-related billing matters.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients on all billing and payment inquiries.
• Prepare financial and administrative reports related to accounts receivable, collections, and billing performance.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Billing Specialist, Accounts Receivable, Collection Specialist, or Finance Operations role.
• Solid understanding of billing platforms, payment processing systems, and financial management tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel — including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data reconciliation.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills; ability to manage client-facing correspondence professionally.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with NetSuite — a significant advantage.
• Experience in a high-tech, SaaS, or startup environment — a plus.
