Brand Ambassador

 

In-Store Sampling (Food & Alcohol) | Premium RetailRetail Sampling & Experiential Team

We're recruiting confident, personable Brand Ambassadors to deliver high quality in-store sampling experiences within a premium retail environment.

 

You’ll represent a curated range of food and drink brands, offering samples, engaging customers, and helping drive sales through great conversations and product knowledge.

 

Zero Hours, Permanent contract 

Package: £14.99/hour (includes holiday pay) + performance-based incentives

Shifts available: 15th, 23rd and 30th May (Friday & Saturday)Shift Times: 10am - 5pm (7 hours) Location: Great Malvern, Worcestershire WR14  

 

Your Role

As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in enhancing the in-store experience:

  • Create a Premium Experience - Deliver sampling in a warm, knowledgeable, and professional manner. This will involve preparation of samples for customers to enjoy.
  • Engage Customers Naturally - Initiate conversations and build rapport with a wide range of shoppers
  • Promote with Confidence - Share product knowledge, key features, and recommendations
  • Drive Sales Through Experience - Encourage purchases by creating positive, memorable interactions
  • Represent High Standards - Maintain excellent presentation and professionalism at all times

We’re Looking For

  • Comfortable sampling and promoting alcohol where required

Experience in retail, hospitality, promotions, or customer service is advantageous, but not essential.
