About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Midlevel QC & QA Specialist to handle end-to-end testing efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. This role combines hands-on testing expertise with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring QA teams, driving best practices, and acting as the main point of contact for all quality-related matters.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong in both manual and automated testing, and confident in leading client-facing discussions.

Key ResponsibilitiesTesting Strategy & Execution

Design, plan, and oversee end-to-end testing strategies across the SDLC
Ensure coverage of both functional and non-functional requirements
Define and implement risk-based testing and regression strategies

Automation & Manual Testing

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and frameworks
Perform detailed manual testing to identify edge cases and hidden defects

Bug Tracking & Quality Control

Identify, document, and track defects with high accuracy and attention to detail
Ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues

Continuous Improvement

Stay updated on new testing tools and methodologies
Drive innovation and improvements in QA processes and practices

Experience

3+ years of experience in QA/QC
Strong experience in both manual and automated testing
Proven experience designing test plans, test cases, and regression suites

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and SDLC
Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools
Experience with version control systems
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
