About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with solid experience in freight forwarding (sea & air). The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong client portfolio
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Conduct regular meetings with prospective and existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to close high-value deals
  • Follow up on client payments and credit terms

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding (sea & air)
  • Previous experience in Sales or Operations within the logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of shipping processes
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business or related field preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in a multinational environment is a plus
  • Operational knowledge is an advantage
