About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with solid experience in freight forwarding (sea & air). The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Conduct regular meetings with prospective and existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to close high-value deals
- Follow up on client payments and credit terms
- 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding (sea & air)
- Previous experience in Sales or Operations within the logistics industry
- Strong understanding of shipping processes
- Bachelor’s degree (Business or related field preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience in a multinational environment is a plus
- Operational knowledge is an advantage
- Must have a car (transportation expenses will be covered)
