We’re looking for a highly organized and experienced Site Engineer to join a leading architecture and interior design studio in Zamalek, Cairo.
You’ll be responsible for managing and coordinating the technical aspects of projects during the construction phase — ensuring designs are implemented accurately, on time, and within budget.
This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with designers, contractors, and clients to achieve exceptional project outcomes.
- Act as the main technical advisor on-site, coordinating between contractors, subcontractors, and the design team.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Report on project progress, site activities, and milestones, providing updates to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on all construction sites.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues and maintain project alignment.
- Review and administer architectural drawings, project schedules, and material specifications.
- Manage project documentation, including budgets, inspection reports, and punch lists.
- Track materials, tools, and resources to ensure efficient utilization and avoid waste.
- Interpret design plans accurately to guide on-site execution and ensure alignment with design intent.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, proposing solutions to minimize delays or cost overruns.
- Attend client and coordination meetings to communicate progress and address site challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in site supervision, project coordination, or technical lead roles within construction or interior projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Goal-driven and proactive, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools is a must.
Working Conditions:- Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Location: Zamalek, Cairo
