- Lead and develop a team of RAMP-trained staff who can deliver consistent, high-quality member experiences at every touchpoint.
- Drive membership growth and RAMP add-on conversions through value-based conversations — showing members what the program does for them, not selling them something they don't need.
- Monitor club-level retention metrics, identify at-risk members early, and implement re-engagement strategies.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and operationally excellent club environment.
- Meet monthly performance benchmarks across new memberships, RAMP enrollments, and member retention within 30 days of completing training.
- A leader who believes fitness results should be accessible to every member, not reserved for those who buy premium packages.

- Strong communicator who can connect with members authentically and coach a team to do the same.
- Organized and process-driven — comfortable following a structured system and holding yourself and your team accountable to it.
- Results-oriented with a competitive drive, but motivated by member outcomes as much as by numbers.
- Excited about learning a proprietary program that is producing documented results: 25–30% point-of-sale conversion rates and cancellation rates below 4%.
- Results-First Culture: We don't just sell memberships and hope people show up. RAMP gives every member a reason to stay, a plan to follow, and a team that knows their name.
- Positive & Supportive Environment: We've built a team culture where health, wellness, and mutual support are a priority for everyone — staff and members alike.
- Professional Growth: We invest in our employees through RAMP certification, continuing education, and opportunities to develop real management skills in a system designed around member success.
