About the Role

Zafran is looking for an experienced Data Integrations Team Lead to manage and grow our integrations team. This is a highly technical and challenging role at the heart of our platform, requiring a deep understanding of data, APIs, and Security tools architecture. The role involves managing engineers while solving complex data and scalability challenges across a variety of products and systems.

What you will do

Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers working on core data integrations.
Design, implement, and maintain integrations between multiple products and systems via APIs.
Solve complex data and scalability challenges, ensuring the platform efficiently handles large volumes of data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver integration solutions that meet business needs.
Define best practices for data handling, API usage, and integration workflows.
Ensure the integrity, reliability, and performance of integrated systems.

What you will do

Requirements

Proven leadership experience, managing and mentoring engineering teams.
Strong technical background in data management, APIs, and integrations.
Prior experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or similar role is a plus.
Deep understanding of data pipelines, data structures, and system integrations.
Ability to handle high-complexity challenges in data and scalability.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
Prior experience in designing integrations in enterprise or SaaS environments.
Familiarity with analytics or reporting systems.
