About the Role
<div><strong>Institutional Relationship Manager, Mumbai</strong></div><div><br></div><div>Department: Sales – Institutional</div><div>Experience: 5–7 years&nbsp;</div><div>Role: &nbsp;Purpose To manage and grow AUM and revenue market share with Family Offices and large / mid-sized corporate clients by building strong, long-term institutional relationships and delivering consistent sales outcomes across market cycles.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>• Drive growth in AUM, revenue, and market share within the assigned institutional client set<br>• Manage relationships with Family Offices, large corporates, and mid-sized institutions<br>• Reactivate dormant relationships and acquire new institutional investors<br>• Deliver superior sales outcomes across equity, fixed income, and mutual fund products<br>• Engage clients through regular market updates, product discussions, data-driven insights, and meetings (digital &amp; in-person)<br>• Advise clients on market developments and fund house views to maintain strong top-of-mind recall<br>• Share structured feedback on market trends, competition, and client preferences with internal stakeholders<br>• Develop external market intelligence and strengthen institutional networks</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Knowledge &amp; Experience</strong><br>• Strong understanding of capital markets (equity &amp; fixed income) and mutual fund products<br>• Solid grasp of macroeconomic drivers and institutional investment behaviour<br>• Deep understanding of institutional and family office sales processes<br>• Experience working with family offices and institutional investors (Mumbai-focused experience preferred)&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><strong>Qualifications</strong><br>• MBA or equivalent qualification<br>• CFA / CWM / CFP preferred</div>
