Dutch Speaking Client Counselor

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dedicated Dutch Speaking Client Counselor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert support and guidance to our Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer high-quality client counseling in Dutch through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Understand and address client needs effectively, providing tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
• Stay informed about our products and services to better assist clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in client counseling, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple client inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused attitude.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software.
• Adaptability and willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Able to follow a 3 months training in Greece ( Fully Paid )
