PwC Malaysia’s Deals practice is looking for a driven and analytical Deals Valuations Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to valuation and transaction-related assignments, providing interns with a strong foundation in corporate finance and valuation methodologies.
As part of the Deals team, you will work closely with experienced professionals on real client engagements across a variety of industries, supporting valuation analyses for purposes such as mergers & acquisitions, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in performing business and asset valuations for transaction, financial reporting, and strategic purposes.
Support financial analysis and valuation modelling, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), comparable companies, and precedent transactions.
Conduct market, industry, and company research to support valuation assessments.
Assist in preparing valuation reports, working papers, and client presentations.
Participate in team discussions and engagement meetings.
Provide support on ad-hoc analyses and tasks as required by the engagement team.
- Exposure to valuation, financial modelling, or transaction-related coursework or internships will be an added advantage.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Minimum internship commitment of 10 to 12 weeks, with tentative onboarding in mid-June or early July.
