The manager will partner with commercial heads to analyze sales trends, build revenue strategies, and optimize pricing and product mix. They are also responsible for driving CRM adoption, tracking KPIs, and providing strategic input for sales forecasting and territory planning.

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
- Partner closely with Commercial Heads across the region to analyze sales trends, identify gaps, and build strategies that improve revenue performance and profitability.
- Leverage analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, CRM systems) to build dashboards, generate insights, and track KPIs that drive sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, product mix, and sales tactics based on data and market intelligence.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline operations, and drive higher ROI from commercial activities.
- Own and drive CRM adoption and accuracy, using it to measure pipeline health, win/loss rates, and conversion metrics.
- Provide strategic input into target setting, territory planning, and sales forecasting.
- Conduct root cause analysis when performance gaps arise, and propose data-backed solutions.
- Work with Sales Enablement or L&D teams to define training interventions based on actual skill or process gaps identified from analytics.
- 4–5 years of experience in sales strategy, commercial analytics, or revenue operations
- Proven track record of driving sales performance through data-driven insights and actionable strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Experience working closely with sales or commercial leaders to optimize performance, build forecasts, and identify business opportunities
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Ops) with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and driving system adoption
- Experience in fast-paced industries, such as logistics, e-commerce, or tech, is preferred
- Willingness to travel across the region occasionally as needed
- Willing to work on-site
