• Monitors and ensures all equipment is in good running condition and report status if found defective and recommends necessary solutions for the problem.
• Implements strictly the preventive maintenance of all equipment and machinery including the auxiliaries according to the hotel standards and the manufacturer’s recommendation.
• Provides prompt, courteous and efficient engineering service while implementing standard procedures for guests.

• Graduate of a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, duly licensed by the Professional Regulations Commission is an advantage.
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
• Strong leadership skills and technical strategies in engineering, hotel equipment and MEPFS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and engineering related software.
