About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic and eager learner to join our team as a Junior Consultant. You are a creative thinker who excels at supporting senior team members, conducting research, and assisting in the development of PR campaigns. You understand the importance of aligning PR strategies with broader business goals and can navigate complex challenges with ease.

As a Junior Consultant, you will interface with client contacts and media relations, regularly drafting press or public-facing communications and content. You will maintain insights and gain an understanding of industry trends, competitors, and other macro-factors through research and media monitoring, ensuring that your strategies are always informed and impactful.

What You Do

As a Junior Consultant, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of PR, content writing, campaigns and achieving results for clients as agreed upon with more senior team members.

  • You work autonomously, manage up, and take feedback well. When given a project, account leads have no fear it will be done on time and well.

  • You constantly look for new avenues, media angles, and outlets/targets that can benefit your teams and the agency at large.

  • You are mastering content creation (pitches, press releases, media lists, submissions) and starting to see your work go through with little to no edits.

  • You can manage pitch processes from start to finish and keep the foundation strong by proactively spotting media opportunities, making strategic recommendations, and managing editorial calendars and speaking/awards programs without missing an opportunity or deadline.

  • You understand more than the client basics – you can put clients in a competitive context and understand the more technical/product details. Your deliverables demonstrate deeper competitive context, technical depth, and strategic insight.

What You Offer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.

  • You bring a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a PR agency or related field.

  • Experience working with B2B technology or corporate clients is preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to support and execute communication strategies across various media channels.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining positive client relationships.

  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You have enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
