Our Warehouse Associates play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring our field teams have the parts and materials they need while helping us deliver a 5-star customer experience.  

Job Responsibilities: 

• Communicating with field staff and internal teams regarding order status, parts availability, and delivery updates 
• Creating and fulfilling purchase orders and transfers to ensure jobs are ready on time 
• Receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming deliveries 
• Staging and organizing parts, tools, and equipment for upcoming jobs 
• Coordinating deliveries with vendors and delivery services 
• Processing warranty claims and return materials according to company procedures 
• Assisting with morning load-ups and unloading materials for field teams 
• Organizing and maintaining a clean, well-stocked warehouse 
• Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment in accordance with safety guidelines 
• Maintaining a safe, positive work environment and identifying potential hazards 
• Other duties as assigned  

Pay and Benefits: 

• Pay: $41,000 -$52,000/annually based on experience 
• Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm and Saturday 6:00am - 3:00pm (eligible for overtime over 40hours/week)

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of warehouse experience required 
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for occasional deliveries 
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and move boxes, pallets, and other items weighing up to 50 pounds or more, in accordance with OSHA manual handling guidelines. Team lifting or equipment should be used when appropriate to reduce strain.  
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach continuously throughout the shift while performing picking, packing, loading, and other warehouse tasks. 
• Basic computer skills and experience working with inventory systems 
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively 
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire
