Maintenance & Equipment Ownership

•Lead and manage preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for AMHS systems (OHT, Stocker, Sorter, Buffer, and related subsystems) Own AMHS equipment health, reliability, and maintenance quality

•Ensure system uptime, availability, and compliance with fab operational requirements

•Support equipment installation, relocation, and system integration activities (e.g., SIPP, 3R)

Operational Support

•Provide 24/7 maintenance and on‑duty support to sustain fab

•Lead rapid response to AMHS alarms, abnormalities, and fab emergency events

•Coordinate maintenance execution during production changes, construction, and module activities

•Monitor AMHS performance, WIP flow, and system status to minimize production impact

Leadership & Team Management

•Lead, coach, and develop AMHS maintenance technicians and shift teams

•Assign work, manage priorities, and ensure skill coverage across shifts

•Enforce SOP compliance, maintenance discipline, and operational standards

•Promote strong safety culture, accountability, and ownership mindset

Continuous Improvement & Performance

•Drive Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP), TPM, and 6S initiatives Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions

•Track and improve maintenance‑related KPIs (uptime, response time, safety, productivity)

•Identify opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency, cost, and system robustness

Cross‑Functional & Vendor Collaboration

•Collaborate with Operations, IE, Engineering, IT, EHS, and external vendors

•Support system upgrades, new tool introductions, and technology changes

•Ensure effective communication, documentation, and alignment during system changes

Safety & Compliance

•Ensure full compliance with EHS, fab safety rules, and zero‑tolerance safety requirements

•Participate in safety programs, audits, and emergency response activities

•Drive proactive risk identification and safety improvement actions
