About the Role

[What the role is]

As a Senior Executive/ Deputy Manager in the Student Development (SDV) department, you will be responsible for facilitating, processing, and executing programmes and activities aimed at student development.

[What you will be working on]

1. Manage overall Overseas Exposure Programme (OEP) budget, lead in blanket approval exercise, & resource projection.

2. Collate and report OEP scorecard and ensures timely submission of reports

3. Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to organise overseas exposure programmes for students.

4. Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations for airfares, accommodation and ground transport, ensuring compliance with procurement policies. 5. Prepare trip costings and related financial processes including student subsidies computation, PSEA deductions, student co‑payments, overseas daily allowance computation and claims.

6. Prepare Statement of Accounts and support post‑programme reporting. 7. Required to organise and lead overseas exposure trips for students and staff.

[What we are looking for]

1. You should have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

2. Good organisational and interpersonal skills would be necessary pre-requisites.

3. Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across departments and with external vendors.

4. High attention to detail with the ability to manage budgets, perform projections.

5. Proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel for trip SOA and trip costing) 6. Proficiency in Power BI/ analytics/ automation would be an added advantage.
