About the Role

[What the role is]

As a Senior Executive, your role is to formulate, review and implement policies and schemes in specific functional areas.

[What you will be working on]

You should be able to facilitate, process and execute programmes and activities for the development of students, particularly in the areas of Overseas Exposure such as:

  • Liaise with staff representatives for Overseas Exposure Programmes.
  • Coordinate with trip leaders to plan and manage trip logistics such as procure essential travel items including tickets, accommodations, insurance, and transportation.
  • Perform administrative duties such as prepare cost estimates before trips and financial summaries afterward, handle student payments and manage financial transactions related to overseas trips.

You may be required to attend activities and events outside of regular office hours, and also to lead overseas exposure trips.

[What we are looking for]

You should have at least 2 years of relevant work experience. Good organisational and interpersonal skills would be necessary pre-requisites. Experience in procurement, organising community engagement and youth leadership would be an asset.

Skills required: Proficient with MS Office (especially MS Excel for trip SOA and trip costing).
