Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Controller with a strong manufacturing background to lead our accounting operations and support strategic financial decision-making. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost control, and compliance while partnering closely with operations to drive efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a must

• Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Lead cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
• Coordinate external audits and tax filings
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and production environments
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a must
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
