About the Role

Okie Staffing is looking for a skilled Bench Technician – Electronics Assembler to join a dynamic manufacturing team. This role involves assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic components and assemblies to ensure quality and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, and wiring harnesses according to schematics and work instructions
Solder components and make repairs as necessary
Conduct functionality tests and troubleshoot assembly issues
Inspect assemblies for quality and compliance with specifications
Maintain an organized workbench and document assembly processes
Follow all safety guidelines and proper handling of electronic parts

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience with electronic assembly, soldering, and wiring preferred
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and electronic schematics
Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Basic understanding of electronic components and circuits
Good manual dexterity and the ability to work with small parts
Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Temp-to-hire potential based on performance
$18.00 Plus based on experience hourly
Consistent daytime schedule
