About the Role

Okie Staffing is looking for a skilled Bench Technician – Electronics Assembler to join a dynamic manufacturing team. This role involves assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic components and assemblies to ensure quality and functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, and wiring harnesses according to schematics and work instructions
  • Solder components and make repairs as necessary
  • Conduct functionality tests and troubleshoot assembly issues
  • Inspect assemblies for quality and compliance with specifications
  • Maintain an organized workbench and document assembly processes
  • Follow all safety guidelines and proper handling of electronic parts
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with electronic assembly, soldering, and wiring preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and electronic schematics
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of electronic components and circuits
  • Good manual dexterity and the ability to work with small parts
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team

  • $18.00 Plus based on experience hourly
