Type of Position:            Full-time, Year-Round and Seasonal Positions Available

Schedule:                         Winter Season: Five days/week

                                            Summer/Shoulder Seasons: Four days/week 

                                            Weekends/holidays may be required any time of year 

Pay Rate:                          $20.00/hr

Summary

The Parking/Base Services Attendant helps the Resort with organizing and directing vehicles during busy days during the winter season and special events in summer, and provides general maintenance duties and support for the ski areas.  Every employee is responsible for providing our guests and employees with a positive experience, with safety and fun as our top priorities.

Essential Functions

  • Direct traffic to available parking and provide guest service for our arriving guests.
  • Maintain parking lots in a safe condition including snow removal and sanding when necessary.
  • Assist in snow removal around buildings, walkways, and roofs.
  • Assists in general maintenance and cleanliness of the ski area.
  • Assist other departments within Base Area Operations with daily functions, when needed.
  • Remove/haul trash and recycling from different areas of the Resort.

Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Possess a valid Colorado driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to/from work.
  • Able to provide excellent guest service and be willing to positively contribute to a fun work environment!
  • Able to stand/walk a minimum of 40-60% of a shift in all weather conditions.
  • Able to lift, push, pull with upper body motions up to 25 lbs for 15-25% of a shift in all weather conditions. 
  • Able to ski/ride as sufficient skill level to perform basic maintenance of on-mountain cabins, preferred (ability level will be assessed).
