Davidson’s is currently seeking a full-time, on site, Accounting Assistant to join our hardworking Accounting Department in Prescott, Arizona!

Accounting Assistant Responsibilities may include but are not limited to

· Verify, allocate, and post accounts payable

· Maintain daily financials records

· Support month-end and year-end close process

Requirements

Ideal Accounting Assistant Candidates Would Possess

· Minimum of 1 to 3 years of general accounting experience

· Degree in accounting or finance is a plus

· The ability to effectively communicate in a professional and articulate manner with all levels of contacts

· A demonstrated ability for planning and organization skills, handling multiple tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment

· Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Functions and pivot tables preferred

· A strong attention to detail – with double-checking and follow through as a standard

· Ability to work overtime as needed
