US Pediatric Partners is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven HR Generalist to support our growing organization.  In this role you will serve as a generalist supporting the company’s human resources program supporting our 75 pediatric and behavioral health practices across multiple states. 


Job Responsibilities  

  • Employee Lifecycle Management:  Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding employees, as well as supporting performance evaluations and the merit cycle.
  • Benefits and Payroll Administration:  Overseeing health benefits, retirement plans, leave of absences (FMLA), and payroll processing.
  • Compliance and Policy Management:  Ensuring adherence to federal, state and local employment laws, conducting audits, maintaining HR records and updating company policies.
  • Employee Relations:  Addressing employee concerns, advising management on HR best practices, and supporting workplace engagement and conflict resolution.
  • Training and Development: Facilitating employee and manager training on topics such as leadership development, workplace compliance and safety.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels. 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to manage diverse HR responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and compliance standards.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be accepted.
  • Certifications: Optional but beneficial certifications include PHR, SHRM-CP, or SPHR.
