Experience & Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the clinical assisting team to ensure efficient daily operations 
  • Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures and exams 
  • Oversee clinical workflows, room turnover, and instrument readiness 
  • Train, mentor, and support new and existing clinical team members 
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, sterilization, and OSHA standards 
  • Communicate effectively with leadership to support patient care goals 
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management 

Requirements

  • Active dental assistant certification per state requirements 
  • Previous pediatric dental assisting experience preferred 
  • Proven leadership or lead assistant experience 
  • Strong knowledge of clinical procedures, instruments, and safety protocols 
  • Excellent communication, organization, and team-building skills
