Burke is growing rapidly and we’re looking for an organized, communicative, team-focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our team! As the HR Coordinator, you will be able to support the HR team in a variety of projects related to all aspects of HR, including but not limited to acquisition, onboarding, development, engagement, data entry, compliance. The Role

  • As a member of the Burke HR team, the HR Coordinator will support the team with projects and activities associated with the employee life cycle.
  • Support in the recruitment and selection for new Burkies, to include office roles and production/warehouse roles. 
  • Assist with new employee onboarding preparation, new hire folder/documents and first day orientation material. Act as the point of contact for new hires.
  • Complete 30-day reviews with new hires, taking insights and suggesting actions to support overall retention.
  • Accountable for entering data into the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and preparing onsite career fairs.
  • Act as a point of contact for Burkies; be present on the floor.
  • Generate reports and gather data as needed.
  • Manage employee files.
  • Assist the team in compliance reporting requirements (EEO, VETS, AAP, etc). 
  • Assist with creating and updating documents related to HR programs and policies.


Qualifications that Move Us!


  • 1-3 years of HR experience.
  • Self-starter, proactive nature, be able to work in a team environment. 
  • Great customer service skills and be able to maintain a high level of confidential information and sensitive situations
  • Strong skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail 
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
