We are looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction through the final sale and beyond.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, helping them find the right fit for their needs, lifestyle, and budget. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and build rapport to understand their needs 
  • Guide customers in selecting the right vehicle based on lifestyle and budget 
  • Conduct engaging and informative test drives 
  • Present vehicle features, benefits, and value clearly and confidently 
  • Negotiate pricing and financing options professionally 
  • Complete all required sales documentation accurately 
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Requirements

 

Requirements & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Previous sales experience preferred (automotive a plus, but not required) 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills 
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends 
  • Valid driver’s license
