Job Description

Design and develop data pipelines in Workday Prism Analytics
Ingest data from multiple sources:
- Workday data sources
- External systems (CSV, APIs, databases)
Perform data transformation, cleansing, and enrichment
Create and manage Prism datasets and data models
Build reports and dashboards using Prism + Workday Reporting
Ensure data quality, validation, and governance
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytics requirements
Optimize data processing for performance and scalability
Support UAT, deployment, and post-production issues
