A successful Director of Catering finds conventional and creative ways of marketing to drive business and develop positive relationships that keep clients coming back. Organized and detail-oriented, this individual knows that the smallest touches often make the biggest impact. 

Requested Tasks

• Generate sales leads by actively pursuing new business opportunities to meet revenue goals
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
• Work closely with clients to create tailored menus that are profitable for the hotel
• Oversee the successful execution of catering events
• Manage and forecast catering sales budgets and forecasts

Requested Capabilities

• Prior experience required 
• Guest-first mentality; thoughtful and approachable 
• Thorough understanding of the property's culinary and beverage options
• Highly organized with a laser focus on detail
