Job Description:
The Healthcare Project Implementation Supervisor supports projects consisting of single/multi-site implementations with multiple products and services. He/She analyzes customer solutions and actively participates in successful solution implementation while meeting the needs of customers and the company. The Healthcare Project Implementation Supervisor manages cross functional implementation teams and provides ongoing analysis of implementation projects, plans, templates, outcomes, lessons learned, and post-implementation audits and projects as defined by the implementation Master Operating Plan (MOP). All candidates will be analytical and customer service oriented.
Job Responsibilities:
Manages project lifecycles, including project scope, resources, schedule, initiation, start-up/design, building, and deployment to see projects from beginning-to-end.
Supports business till project implemented is stabilized. Forwards project documents to stakeholders to obtain sign-off, agreement on project cost, and needed resources.
Develops project plans (i.e., detailed plan, milestones, and work breakdown structures) and assigns tasks to resources to ensure that the project will be completed on time and according to specifications.
Provide reporting on the project statuses and updates.
Ensures affected functions or groups are identified and works with them to negotiate process changes, ownership of processes, and to manage project impact.
Conducts information gathering work sessions with stakeholders to establish "as-is" (i.e., current state) maps and "to-be" (i.e., proposed state) for business process and process improvement recommendations.
Monitors and control project budget and costs.
Designs and implements communication plans to ensure those affected by projects are informed and updated.
Follows up with assigned resources formally (e.g., status meetings, etc.) and informally to continuously manage the productivity of the team, project timelines, and deliverables.
Manages all communications with the client during the project implementation phase.
Balances multiple projects and deployment schedules to meet stakeholder goals and expectations.
Supports business in improvements initiatives after project is implemented.
Other Ad hoc tasks may be assigned.
Job Requirement:
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering or Logistics related discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain/Logistics/Healthcare industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confident and able to collaborate and manage stakeholders of all levels
Good team player; self-driven; energetic and motivated
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple complex projects - prioritization, planning, scheduling, reporting and influencing
Experience in building dashboards for reporting preferred
Well versed in using Microsoft 365 apps
Experience in program/project management preferred.
