About the Role
作为Rise Program(瑞升计划)项目成员,您将加入友邦人寿战略性人才基础设施建设项目,成为公司未来ADM(营业单位负责人)的重点培养对象。本项目不仅是人才培养计划,更是支撑公司未来机构扩张与业务持续增长的关键举措。您将通过2-3年系统化培养,有机会成长为"文化优、专业强、复合型、高绩效、向未来"的营业单位负责人,实现个人职业发展的快速跃升,同时为公司战略目标达成提供基层关键人才支撑。Responsibilities:
前1-1.5年为项目融入及基础建设(筑基)阶段,在本阶段您需要深入理解项目目标、价值与期望,明确个人成长路径;完成文化与角色认知学习,快速融入友邦文化体系;积极参与开营仪式及首阶段季度轮训,建立项目成员间的联结与协作;完成新人发展、业务推动、人力发展等基础轮岗;完成并授权NPA课程、基本法、产服及计划书等基础学习任务,并通过绩效评估、能力成长(在岗评估、课程通关&考试、成长汇报等)考核;接受异地派驻工作。第二阶段开始会定岗,具体岗位职责由定岗后工作岗位职责确定。
- 业务训练的日常管理和培训运作工作,能够讲授营销员课程、进行团队销售建设操作,带班实务操作和培训系统操作。
- 增员和推动晋升的日常工作,了解人力发展历程及主要经营策略,掌握增员流程各环节的工作重点,熟悉数字化增员工具,能够完成增员、留存和推动晋升的常规工作。
- 营销员渠道经营的常规工作,活动量管理,讲授主流产品知识及销售方式,策划产品推动活动,设计和推动竞赛方案,客户经营及开拓等。
- 营销员日常行政管理工作,掌握业务行政部门工作内容,以及与渠道业务的关联,能够胜任业务行政的工作。
- 营业单位基础管理工作,督促推动并执行各类业务发展活动和营销员活动,推动、追踪增员、新人留存和主管晋升及组织相关活动的实施,为业务培训提供完善的支持,协助培训活动、课程、项目的顺利执行实施。对业务员业务品质和销售行为进行管理,确保合规经营。
Requirements:
- 全日制本科及以上学历
- 符合友邦文化价值观
- 具备良好的口碑,无违纪违规情形
- 3年+工作经验
- 英文能力良好,能听说读写
- 具备极强的适应力、学习力、內驱力(上进心)、目标感
- 能够交付高质量的工作成果,并且有可追溯的工作记录。
- 能够接受异地轮岗和工作。
