4-for-5 Pay Program: Work 32 hours, get paid for 40.

Competitive Pay:

LPN: Value rate $35 – $41.75/hr. - based on getting paid for 5 days and working 4 days

Shift Differentials:

· Weekdays: 2nd Shift + $2/hr. and 3rd Shift + $2/hr.

· Weekends: 1st Shift + $2/hr. and 2nd Shift + $3/hr. and 3rd Shift + $3.50/hr.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Must possess and maintain a current RN or LPN nursing license in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
• Minimum of 3 yrs of nursing experience required
• Long-term care experience preferred
