About the Practice

We are a long-standing, independent orthopedic surgery practice in Flagstaff, Arizona, serving high-performing surgeons and multidisciplinary clinical teams. Our organization prioritizes excellence, accountability, community reputation, and a strong culture built over decades.

The Opportunity

  1. As the practice continues to expand in reach and competitive presence, we are seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager to design, lead, and execute a comprehensive marketing, brand, and business growth strategy for the practice.

  3. The ideal candidate combines high-level healthcare marketing experience with strategic business development insight, strong physician-relations capability, and a deep understanding of patient populations across the region.
  4. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced medical environments, can translate vision into execution, and is motivated by creating measurable organizational impact.
  5. A structured 90-day onboarding plan will focus on learning the practice, understanding its target markets, aligning with growth priorities, and building foundational marketing/PR and business development strategies.

Responsibilities – Marketing

• Lead the initial rollout of approved initiatives, including vendor selection, workflow design, and go-to-market planning.

• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to align new initiatives with existing workflows and strategic priorities.

• Identify, vet, and negotiate with external vendors and partners to support new business opportunities.

• Design and launch pilot programs to validate new services or locations before full-scale implementation.

• Successfully hand off stabilized initiatives to operations teams with clear processes, metrics, and accountability structures.
