Position:  Associate Director of Residential 

Location: Walton, New York

Salary: $71,594 yrly

Job Type: Full time position including nights and weekends (40 hours + weekly) 

Job Summary: Responsible for creating person centered, self-directed, inclusive opportunities for individuals residing in Delarc Residences in order for them to achieve their full potential. 

Responsibilities: 

~Provide direct oversight to residential services. 

~Train and develop leadership staff. 

~Monitor progress on individual’s goals. 

~Provide appropriate oversight of all financial transactions, medication and medical  

 needs. 

  Qualifications: 

~ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services with two years’ experience in Human Services with   

 one year supervisory experience or High School Diploma with six years working in the  

 Human Services with at least one year supervisory experience. Experience supporting  

 Individuals with disability preferred. QIDP preferred.  

~ CPR & 1st Aid preferred - will train right candidates 

~ Valid NY Driver’s License 

Ability to lift 35 lbs
