We’re looking for someone who can run a service drive, communicate clearly, and keep things moving. You should be comfortable making recommendations and helping customers understand what their vehicle needs - without pushing things they don’t. 


If you like being busy, like talking to people, and take pride in doing things the right way, you’ll fit here. 


What you’ll do: 

? Talk to customers, figure out what’s going on, and guide them through the process 

? Keep communication tight between the customer and the techs 

? Make sure nothing falls through the cracks 

? Follow up - customers shouldn’t have to chase you 

? Recommend work based on what actually makes sense

Requirements

? Experience in a service advisor or similar role helps, but not required if you can learn fast 

? You know how to talk to people without sounding like a script 

? You stay organized, even when it’s busy 

? Basic understanding of vehicles (we’ll help you build the rest) 

? Comfortable with computers and dealership systems
